Artist's Comments:
This was made into a poster by The Cousteau Society in 1990 and given to each delegate at the International Conference on Antarctica in Santiago, Chile, where Antarctica was granted a 50-year moratorium on development. Jacques Cousteau gave me a number of additional posters, which he autographed.
